Considering the seating habits, the use of the stage and the stability of the structure, after discussion with two designers of the furniture, the prototype was redesigned and improved
The overall seat height is increased from 32cm to 38cm (it can be used as a leisure chair in the living room, bedroom or shoe stool);
The structure of the chair head is changed from the original inverted triangle to the regular triangle (the inverted triangle may cause the whole supporting wood to crack due to violent downward pressure);
In order to highlight the perfect unity of texture, the central support square and the two chair heads are carved from whole wood;
The support keel is locked with three recessed screws and the exterior is repolished with North American walnut, which has a color contrast effect.
then the bottom frame also uses ash wood, and does the processing of the whole body, the color and the unification of the chair head;
The soft box is made of multi-ply cardboard with 40 density native cotton to ensure comfortable seating and durability.
