5. PRICE
All prices displayed on this site include VAT (20%). Shipping costs are not included. Shipping costs are added when ordering. Shipping costs vary depending on the final destination. All applicable fees are available for viewing in your shopping cart.

Fainko strives to ensure that the prices displayed on this site and other product information are accurate, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, Fainko reserves the right not to honor pricing errors on this site, whether in-store or when accepting an order online. In the event that an order placed online contains a pricing error, you will be contacted and the order will be cancelled. Any payment that has been authorized for this order will be canceled immediately.

Fainko is not responsible for customs fees.

Fainko cannot be held responsible for any delays in the execution or non-execution of an order due to circumstances beyond its control. In the event of force majeure, Fainko reserves the right to cancel orders, without compensation, in the event of supply problems or shortage of raw materials, interruption or permanent cessation of production, strikes, lockouts, any other form of work stoppage or collective labor disputes, energy shortages, transport delays, which affect Fainko and/or its suppliers, even if these difficulties were foreseeable.
