RETURNS
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without having to give a reason.
The withdrawal period is counted from the day of delivery of the last item(s) of your order.
To exercise your right, you can send an email during this period to service@fainko.com mentioning your decision to withdraw.
From this moment, you again have 14 days to return the product(s) to the address offered by customer service.
The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Fainko reserves the right to refuse returned items or refuse a refund if the items have been damaged, used or worn. In addition, sold or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping costs for returning items are always your responsibility.
Fainko will refund your order when we have received the returned item(s) or you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever comes first.
We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order and this will not incur any additional costs. If the original payment method is unavailable or cancelled, the return balance will be issued as a store credit
2. WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
The warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover the replacement of consumables (batteries, bulbs, etc.), abnormal or inappropriate use of the product, defects and their consequences related to the use of the product other than for its intended use, or defects and their consequences linked to any external cause.
If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us by email at service@fainko.com within 14 days of the date of purchase. Include the store receipt or proof of purchase, one or more photos of the alleged defect, and a brief description of the claim. After this period, the warranty will no longer apply.
Once the defect has been claimed, you have 14 days to return the purchase to Fainko. However, shipping costs are your responsibility.
In the event of a real defect and after written agreement from Fainko, the product will be repaired or replaced by an identical model or a similar product if the latter is out of stock. In any case, the product will be refunded.
The products sold on this site benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, as well as the manufacturer's guarantees, the scope and duration of which vary according to the products and brands.
Fainko's warranty for the goods it supplies is strictly limited to that provided by its own suppliers. We do not warrant against natural wood defects and defects caused by the unique nature of the material itself. When the conditions and scope of this warranty allow it, Fainko will limit its intervention by replacing the defective products or by refunding the purchase price in all circumstances; customers will not be able to claim additional compensation.
Fainko is not responsible for any situation where the supplier fails to fulfill its warranty obligations.
